Cannot say enough about Napleton's Subaru service team including Mr. Gomes, Keith, and Aaron! Needed an engine repair which was simple enough but due to the years of use and mileage not every single repair goes as planned. Yet, once again, the service team was able to fix the immediate needed repair while keeping me in the “loop” as to other parts needing replacement due to rusted, broken bolts. During the time it took to order and receive additional parts, I was placed in a loaner car which I truly appreciated since I only have one car. Additionally, I received any applicable discounts upon completion. I continually experience consistent, professional service and will be returning! Thx!
